Purpose The Manager for Living‑Learning Communities (LLCs) is responsible for supporting and managing the operations and programs of all Living‑Learning Communities within Residence Life. The position provides leadership for LLC operations, partner coordination, student leader support, and assessment efforts that enhance student engagement, belonging, and learning within residential communities. The Manager serves as the operational lead for the LLC program during the year and partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent, high‑quality living‑learning experiences for students. This position reports to the Director of Residential Partnerships and Leadership Programs and provides supervision and functional leadership related to the LLC program.
