Responsibilities
- As a Client Success Specialist reporting, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences on the Nasdaq Data Link platform - ensuring our data clients get the most value from our products while helping shape the platform's future through your client insights.

- In this role, you will:
- Manage and triage client inquiries related to the Nasdaq Data Link platform and data products, ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic responses.
- Deliver pre- and post-sales onboarding support, including setting up data product permissions and providing hands-on assistance with technical and API-related questions.
- Identify and qualify prospective customers, routing sales opportunities to the appropriate team.
- Partner with the product development team to share client feedback and insights that drive platform improvements.
- Champion a client-first mindset across all interactions, consistently elevating the customer experience.
- What We Expect
- At least 3 years of experience in client success or customer support for a marketplace or SaaS technology company.
- Solid understanding of web services, including HTTP transport, common data formats (e.g., JSON), and standard API patterns (e.g., REST).
- Experience with SQL, Python, or cloud platforms .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage escalations and high-impact issues under tight timelines.
- Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, and high emotional intelligence in client-facing interactions.
- Amenable to working Night-Shift (9PM - 6AM) and twice a week in the Nasdaq office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
