The successful candidate will need to be comfortable engaging with dignitaries, local government officials, and key community stakeholders Strong understanding of Fijian culture and hospitality values, with the ability to lead with empathy and respect. Strong business acumen and operational leadership, with a track record of driving commercial success. A passionate coach and mentor, committed to building capability, succession, and engagement across teams. Confident stakeholder manager with experience working closely with ownership groups and external partners.
