Responsibilities
- Conduct routine site inspections to verify compliance with environmental, health, and hygiene regulations
- Implement and enforce Environmental Control Measures (ECMs) according to NEA standards

- Prepare and submit detailed monthly reports and presentations to NEA, site management, and clients
- Assist in coordinating Green and Gracious Builder and ConSaSS audits to support environmental certification
- Advise site management on environmental compliance issues and recommend corrective actions as needed
- Required competencies and certifications
- Registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO) with the National Environment Agency (NEA) of Singapore
- Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, environmental control, and site management
- Competency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
