Responsibilities

• Experience & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• You possess mid or senior-level experience within the retail sector, ideally in grocery. This experience should preferably include involvement in digital transformation and/or process improvement initiatives.
• Alternatively, you have 5+ years in a technology client-facing role, spanning areas such as customer success, account management, consulting, project management, change management, or onboarding / training.

Requirements

• You'll work closely with both new pilot projects and our established retail clients. This will involve owning the onboarding process and ongoing engagement with their stores, while also acting as the key link between the retailer and the wider Focal team.

Additional Information

Type: Full-time, salaried employment Sector: Retail and Retail Technology Location: NY/NJ. This role is primarily field-based, with approximately 75-100% of time spent visiting stores throughout the NY/NJ area. Occasional overnight stays may be required based on territory coverage and business needs. Salary Range: $120,000 to $150,000 On-Target-Earnings (80/20 split between base and bonus) + stock options
