Responsibilities

  • Programme Support & Client Engagement
  • Programme Implementation Support: Support the implementation of daily programme activities and routines as guided by Life Coaches
  • Client Participation & Engagement Support: Assist clients in participating in activities that promote life skills, social interaction, and engagement

  • Client Wellbeing Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor clients' wellbeing and promptly report any concerns related to health, behaviour, or safety
  • Health, Safety, & Hygiene Compliance: Ensure health, safety, and hygiene practices are followed consistently during programme activities
  • Documentation & Administrative Support
  • Documentation: Assist in basic documentation of client participation, attendance, and daily observations as guided by Life Coaches
  • Data Collection Support: Support data collection and administrative tasks related to programme delivery

Requirements

  • A recognised ITE certificate, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Social Services, Healthcare, Special Education, or related fields.
  • Relevant training in autism, disability support, or caregiving will be an advantage.
  • Relevant experience in supporting persons with disabilities, elderly persons, or individuals requiring care support will be an advantage.
