The Inside Sales Representative II is responsible for managing the full sales cycle for assigned prospects and customers, from lead qualification through deal closure. This role works cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver compelling sales experiences that align with Tekion's value proposition. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a fast-paced environment. Key Roles & Responsibilities Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and needs assessments to understand customer requirements. Manage and progress a pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and nurture prospects through the funnel. Customize product messaging and proposals based on prospect needs, challenges, and business goals. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoff and onboarding of closed deals. Stay up to date on product offerings, competitive landscape, and market trends. Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to improve messaging and customer alignment.
