Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Evaluate customer specifications to determine feasibility of custom product design and equipment from the company product portfolio
• Coordinate and liaise with customers regarding quotations (RFQ), technical clarifications and order processing.
• Liaise closely with sales and operations to ensure smooth accurate operations and timely fulfillment.
• Handle customer complaints or service issues professionally and escalate when necessary
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems accordingly.
• Assist in preparing quotations, supporting documentation and product technical support for customers.
• Perform general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in customer service, sales coordination, or administrative roles preferred
• Experience in
• collaborative engineering culture with strong regional and global support
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn
