Your mission will be to guide our customers in selecting the services that best fit their needs through our platform. Responsibilities

• Manage warm sales leads and contact customers who are already interested
• Identify and analyze customer needs in order to provide tailored recommendations for the services offered in our platform
• Communicate with existing customers to maintain strong relationships and promote additional services that align with their evolving needs
• Collaborate with internal company teams to address and resolve issues, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction
