  • Job Duties
  • Conducts comprehensive speech therapy evaluations addressing physical, cognitive, emotional, and environmental factors.
  • Develops, implements, and revises individualized, goal-directed treatment plans.
  • Provides therapeutic interventions according to department standards, policies, and professional guidelines.
  • Completes timely documentation-including evaluations, daily notes, and admission/discharge summaries-in accordance with payer and state practice requirements.
  • Communicates patient progress, changes, and concerns to appropriate stakeholders promptly.
  • Maintains SLP standards of care and adheres to all provider orders.
  • Ensures patient rights, dignity, privacy, and cultural sensitivity are upheld during all interactions.
  • Participates in departmental and organizational projects to enhance rehabilitation services.
  • Meets established productivity expectations.
  • Operates and maintains therapy equipment according to departmental standards.
  • Performs other duties as assigned based on departmental needs.
