Project Manager (Robotics Deployment)

About the role

The AIR (Autonomous Inspection Robotics) program deploys robots to automate depot inspections, improving defect detection, traceability, and efficiency. The program is funded and live, with trials in Bangkok and Singapore, and success depends on real operational adoption. Job Description As Project Manager, you will drive execution, structure, and alignment across the program.

Responsibilities

• Finance: Manage budget, forecasts, and variances; flag risks early
• Governance: Set up lean governance, RACI, and action tracking
• Communication: Deliver clear, tailored updates to all stakeholders
• Planning: Own the integrated plan, milestones, and critical path
• Risk & Dependencies: Proactively manage risks and cross-functional dependencies
• Suppliers: Track deliverables and ensure alignment with vendors
• Job Requirements
• Experience in PMO / project or program management (industrial, digital, or transformation)
• Strong budget management and confidence challenging assumptions
• Solid governance, planning, and risk management discipline
• Effective communicator across shop floor to executive level
• Comfortable with technical topics (robotics, IT, data)
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Notion, and modern tools
• Able to structure ambiguity into clear, actionable work
• Note: This role is offered on a 1-year contract basis.
