Responsibilities
- Scheduling & Programme Coordination
- Own the end-to-end scheduling of commercial onboarding training sessions across all cohorts, ensuring calendar invites are accurate, rooms are booked, and the correct facilitators are included.
- Manage scheduling for both on-cycle cohorts and off-cycle new joiners who start outside of standard intake dates, maintaining continuity of the onboarding experience.

- Facilitator & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary coordination point for facilitators across business units, managing communications around session delivery, availability, and last-minute changes
- Proactively flag scheduling conflicts or gaps and escalate to the relevant programme owner in a timely manner
- Liaise with Talent Acquisition and People teams to stay up to date on predicted new joiner start dates and cohort sizes, adjusting schedules accordingly
- Programme Administration
- Support the upkeep of training materials and content on L&D platforms (e.g. Sana), adding new resources as directed by the Commercial Enablement Manager
- Assist in tracking new joiner progress through onboarding programmes, including self-led and live training components
- Help ensure that role-specific tooling requirements are in place before a new joiner's training begins
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work in close partnership with the L&D team to leverage existing scheduling infrastructure, tools, and processes while serving the commercial function's specific needs
- Serve as a reliable bridge between the Commercial Enablement Manager, L&D, and commercial business units, escalating issues and communicating clearly across teams
Requirements
- 1-3 years in a coordination, operations, or programme administration role, ideally within a commercial enablement environment.
- Organisational skills: Exceptional attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple schedules, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Adaptability: Confident working in a fast-moving environment where start dates, cohort sizes, and programme structures can shift at short notice
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to liaise confidently with senior facilitators and stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones.
- Comfortable working across calendar tools, LMS platforms (e.g. Sana), and collaboration tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Slack).
- An interest in or understanding of commercial sales environments is a plus as this role sits at the interface of L&D and a high-growth commercial organisation.
- Works well in a matrixed environment, comfortable reporting into one function while serving the needs of another.
