Service Crew

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and attentive service to guests
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
• Clear and reset tables
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining and service areas
• Assist with cashiering and POS system when required
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally
• Support daily restaurant operations and opening / closing duties

Requirements

• Prior F&B or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Training will be provided
• Pleasant personality with good communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, punctual, and a good team player
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
