Engineer systems, components, and interfaces within budget and scope. Coordinate cross-system interfaces with technical project management and third parties. Prepare and issue detail calculations, PIDs, engineering lists, and functional descriptions for plant control systems. Prepare and issue risk analysis, HAZOP studies, OM documentation, and operation manuals. Specify and select instrumentation and components; evaluate bids and select suppliers. Support commissioning activities, address process-related issues, and prepare "as built" documentation post-commissioning.
