Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions, registrations, and payments in the company's CRM and Training Management System (TMS).
  • Workclosely with the Operations team to ensure seamless course delivery.
  • Assistin planning course schedules and preparing sales reports when required.
  • Handleincoming calls or email from prospects or existing customers,
  • Contact potential customers from provided databases or leads.
  • Persuade customers to enrol, renew, or switch to alternative offerings.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc sales support duties as assigned.
  • SPECIFICATIONS
  • Required educational level
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level with relevant working experience, or a Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or related discipline.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, call centre, or telesales.
  • Experience in the training or educationindustry will be an advantage.
  • Prerequisites
  • Strong communication and interpersonalskills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Meticulous, organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Positive attitude with initiative and a "can-do" mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM/TMS is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of financial processes (e.g., invoicing, payment tracking) is beneficial.
  • A proactive team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Workings hours
  • Normal office hours and/or according to training schedule. Must be prepared to work over the weekends/public holidays/residential training if required, based on training schedules.
