About the role

The Portfolio Marketing team is responsible for developing and executing athenahealth's commercial go-to-market strategy. Expanded Team Summary In this role, the Senior Associate will support the planning and management of go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and related marketing workstreams. The work includes maintaining launch timelines, tracking deliverables, coordinating dependencies, and supporting communication across stakeholders so that work stays aligned and visible. The team serves as a coordination point across marketing, product, and business partners, which means this work requires strong organization, careful follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured way. Team members contribute to a dependable operating model by supporting planning cadences, documenting decisions, identifying risks or blockers, and helping keep work on schedule. They also help improve how launch and GTM work is managed by strengthening project organization, streamlining processes, and supporting consistent use of Monday.com and related tools. Essential Job Responsibilities Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and task ownership for go-to-market initiatives and product launches. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to support launch readiness, execution, and post-launch follow-up. Track dependencies, deadlines, risks, and open items, and escalate blockers when needed. Organize meetings, agendas, action items, and status updates to keep launch plans moving forward. Partner with marketing functions, product, and business stakeholders to align priorities, confirm deliverables, and support communication across teams. Support workback planning and sprint-based execution for campaigns, launches, and strategic initiatives. Maintain accurate project documentation, dashboards, and status trackers to improve visibility and follow-through. Apply project management concepts and established practices to help ensure work is coordinated, organized, and delivered on time. Use AI-enabled tools as part of daily work to summarize updates, organize project information, draft routine communications, and improve productivity while following team guidance and protecting accuracy and confidentiality. Support process improvements that strengthen project execution, reduce manual effort, and improve consistency across GTM and launch workflows. Additional Job Responsibilities Support preparation of launch materials, project summaries, and stakeholder updates. Assist with maintaining templates, trackers, and project documentation. Help gather inputs for launch planning, prioritization, and readiness reviews. Contribute to continuous improvement discussions and workflow updates. Support reporting and dashboard maintenance for project visibility. Assist with special projects and team initiatives as assigned. Expected Education & Experience Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of work experience in project coordination, project management, marketing operations, product marketing, or a related field.
