Job Responsibilities: Assisting the fee earners to draft and related legal documents and support on all aspects of transactional matters Document management Assisting with legal due diligence Assisting with legal research Assisting with office regulatory matters involving fee earners and interaction with relevant authorities Preparing and updating relevant client, market and legal updates Assisting with submissions to legal directories Assisting with preparing fee proposals Assisting new client and matter opening processes including client engagement arrangements Assisting and managing document translations Assisting and attending notarizations and other filings
