Commercial Bid Support Officer - Mon to Fri 38 hours - Balcatta Support Centre

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate cost estimates to support bids, tenders, and proposals.
• Analyse historical data, supplier quotes, and internal inputs to validate assumptions and improve estimate accuracy.
• Build, maintain, and optimise complex Excel models to support pricing and scenario analysis.
• Work collaboratively with bid managers, sales teams, and subject matter experts to gather required commercial and technical information.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating tools, processes, and templates.
• Support risk assessments and commercial evaluations during bid development.
• Key Skills & Attributes
• Advanced Excel Skills - Capable of building and managing complex spreadsheets involving formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and data visualisation.

• Qualifications & Experience (Preferred, Not Mandatory)
• This role is pitched at a graduate level position, with relevant vocational or tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, or similar preferred. Exposure or experience in commercial analysis or bid tendering is welcomed but not a pre-requisite for the role.
