- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel demand generation strategies-spanning paid media, social, email, as well as field and partner channels-to drive qualified event registrations and hit attendance targets across existing and new audience segments.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or a related role, with a strong portfolio of demand generation campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in developing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive registration, increase attendance, and maximize audience engagement.
- Experience in creating high-impact marketing collateral, including web copy, email sequences, and promotional materials.
- A highly collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and remains agile in the face of evolving industry trends and shifting project priorities.
- Continuous Learning: A demonstrated appetite for professional development and a commitment to staying at the forefront of the intersection between event strategy and artificial intelligence.
- Practical experience using AI tools to streamline workflows, such as automating email drafting, generating creative assets, and personalizing attendee communications at scale.
