Account Manager - Life Sciences Location: PAN India (Mumbai / Bangalore / Hyderabad preferred), Remote Employment Type: Full-time The Job The Account Manager - Life Sciences will be responsible for driving AVEVA's software business within the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical sector across India. This role focuses on developing new business while expanding relationships within existing accounts. Reporting to the Industry Sales leadership team, the role requires an experienced enterprise software sales professional who can engage senior stakeholders, identify strategic opportunities, and position AVEVA's solutions to address critical industry challenges in pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality, and digital transformation. This position involves extensive customer engagement and travel across India and requires an individual who can work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams to achieve sales objectives. Primary Responsibilities Drive new software sales within Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical customers across India. Manage and grow strategic accounts while expanding AVEVA's footprint within existing customers. Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets for orders and revenue. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across the territory. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility. Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers. Work closely with solution consultants, product specialists, marketing teams, and partners to progress opportunities and support demand generation initiatives. Customer Engagement Develop a deep understanding of customer challenges in Life Sciences manufacturing and quality management.
