  • Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in global branding, marketing, or communications roles, ideally within B2B, technology, or professional audio markets.
  • Proven experience leading global, cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing global brand campaigns and product launches.
  • Strong understanding of digital, social, content, and experiential marketing channels.
  • Experience building customer partnerships and leveraging customer stories for brand impact.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, storytelling, and executive communication skills.

  • The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $175,000-190,000 annually. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
