The Associate Director serves as a member of the leadership team in the agency and is responsible for the following: Ensure all services are in compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards and within budget. Supervise staff including overseeing personnel management, staff development and day to day agency operations. Oversee programmatic services and financial management. Act on behalf of the Executive Director in their absence. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in human services or a related field. Minimum of five years experience in a related field including preferably two years work experience in management and supervising staff. Minimum of two years experience working in the field of developmental disabilities. Prior experience in budget development and management is a plus.
