As a Master Data Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of product master data . Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and update product master data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and coordinate product creations, launches, and ongoing changes.
- Validate and monitor data quality, identifying inconsistencies and ensuring compliance with established master data standards and processes.
- Manage and resolve requests through the ticketing system while meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Act as a trusted partner to business functions, proactively communicating updates and supporting master data-related inquiries.
- Support data analysis activities and contribute to maintaining accurate and reliable information across systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and support continuous improvement initiatives within the Master Data organization.
- Work with SAP, MDG, PLM, and other master data management tools to support operational excellence and business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to understand the impact of data quality on business operations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive mindset and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Resilient, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
