Responsibilities
- In this role you will be responsible for:
- Filming, editing, and delivering our weekly podcast episodes, including pre-production planning, guest coordination, and post-production enhancement.

- Podcast Excellence: You understand podcast production from start to finish-guest prep, sound quality, narrative flow, and audience engagement. You can work with talent to create authentic, compelling episodes.
- Technical Proficiency: You're comfortable with audio production, video editing software, and can manage both pre-recorded and live broadcast technical requirements.
- Capturing Moments: You excel in finding the perfect angle, nailing the perfect settings, and crafting stunning compositions every time, whether planned or on the fly.
- Staying Organized: You plan clear and efficient shoots and recordings to streamline everyone's time whilst managing multiple projects on the go, keeping all content tagged and stored effectively.
- Working with Others: You are excited about the idea of teaming up with coaches, ambassadors, podcast guests, and other team members to bring creative ideas to life.
