Supervisory Management Analyst

About the role

You will serve as a Supervisory Management Analyst in the Workforce Development Program of COMMANDER US NAVAL FORCES EUROPE. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing workforce trends, federal compliance regulations, command missions, management objectives, and organizational goals to ensure training programs meet current and future organizational needs while projecting personnel needs and potential problems; 2) Advising on comprehensive training and profession development program by identifying skill gaps and areas for improvement and; 3) Serving as a subject matter expert on training and development initiatives, providing guidance and support to employees, managers, and leaders to best practices in employee development.
