Work Location: 12th Floor, Friendship Tower, 31 Le Duan, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
(Mon-Fri: 9.00 am - 6.00pm)
Daily Tasks
- Prepare bank payment orders, verify the completeness of supporting documents to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and record travel expense claims.
- Verify sales to ensure that sales invoices are issued in alignment with sales contracts and the goods delivered.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Month-end Tasks
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts according to reconciliation schedule set.
- Review outstanding receivables/ payables, prepare aging report.
- Prepare monthly VAT tax report in compliance with tax regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
From 1-2 years and above of experience in payment accountant is preferred.
Strong in English for work.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
