About the role
We are seeking a Reservations Coordinator with a strong focus on groups to join our Reservations team on a full‑time basis. Reporting to the Reservations Manager, this role is responsible for managing group accommodation enquiries and bookings, ensuring accuracy, maximising revenue and delivering a seamless guest experience from enquiry through arrival. You will work closely with Sales, Conference & Events, Front Office and Revenue teams to support the successful delivery of group business, including conferences, sporting teams and corporate stays. In this role, you will be responsible for: Managing group accommodation enquiries, quotes and bookings Entering, updating and maintaining reservations accurately in the system Coordinating group rooming lists, contracts and billing instructions Liaising with Sales, Conference & Events and operational teams to ensure smooth group delivery Monitoring group room blocks, cut‑off dates and rooming list deadlines Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with inbound and group business clients, ensuring high service standards, repeat business and long‑term partnerships Conducting follow‑up and analysis of pending and lost group business to identify trends, improve conversion rates and support future sales strategies Supporting revenue optimisation through accurate rate loading and inventory management Responding to guest and client enquiries in a professional and timely manner Assisting with individual reservations and general reservations tasks as required This role is ideal for someone who is personable, detail‑focused and enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders in a busy hotel environment.
