Job Description: Freelance 360° Recruitment Consultant Are you a recruitment powerhouse who thrives on autonomy? Structure: Commission-based (High-split) or Project-based. The Deal: As long as you hit your KPIs and maintain high client satisfaction, your time is your own. Core Responsibilities In this 360° role, you own the entire recruitment lifecycle from "pitch to placement." 1. Business Development (The Sales) Identify and prospect new business opportunities and industry verticals. Pitch recruitment services to hiring managers and HR stakeholders. Negotiate Terms of Business (TOB) and secure new job orders. 2. Account Management (The Relationship) Act as the primary point of contact for your clients. Consult with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit. Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to clients. 3. Talent Sourcing & Delivery (The Match) Headhunt passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking. Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates to ensure quality over quantity. Manage the interview process, feedback loops, and offer negotiations. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) While we don't track your desk hours, we do measure success through: Business Growth: Number of new qualified job orders secured per month. Placement Rate: Ratio of CVs sent to interviews, and interviews to placements. Revenue: Monthly/Quarterly billings against agreed targets. Client Retention: Positive feedback and repeat business from your portfolio. What You Bring to the Table Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a 360° recruitment role. The "Hunter" Instinct: You aren't afraid of cold calling or reaching out to C-suite stakeholders. Self-Discipline: You can manage your desk like a business without a manager looking over your shoulder. Tech Savvy: Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital communication tools. Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Why Join Us?
