- Experience operating manual mills, lathes, and CNC equipment
- Ability to read engineering drawings, GD&T callouts, and technical documentation
- Proficiency with precision measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, indicators, and gauges
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in manufacturing and shipyard environments
- Experience with CAD/CAM software
- Familiarity with aluminum vessel construction and marine systems
- Experience supporting defense, robotics, aerospace, or autonomous systems programs
- Welding, fabrication, or assembly experience
- Technical certifications in machining or manufacturing technologies
