- Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to an hourly workforce, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Coach, mentor, and develop employees, ensuring a high-performing team aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive change management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and implement process improvements that support transformation objectives.
- Identify and resolve operational and personnel conflicts, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns promptly while promoting trust and engagement.
- Evaluate and allocate resources effectively to meet business demands while minimizing costs.

- Minimum Basic Qualifications:
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and build consensus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
- Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities, with a results-driven mindset.
- Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of supply chain/distribution/warehouse experience (3+ in leadership), or equivalent experience:
- Associate degree with 7+ years (4+ in leadership).
- High School Diploma with 10+ years (5+ in leadership).
