We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Unit Manager to join our Dell Client Solutions Group (CSG) team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing relationships with clients to achieve revenue growth and market share targets. We are looking for a results-driven individual with strong business acumen and a passion for driving success. Main duties: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and achieve revenue growth targets for the Dell Client Solutions Group team. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technology needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with the CSG team to identify, run and pursue new business opportunities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas and stay updated on industry trends. Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients to showcase our technology solutions and services. Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and product management, to develop and deploy effective sales strategies. Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Participate in industry events and conferences to network and generate new business leads. Mentor and guide junior team members to help them achieve their sales targets and develop their skills. Continuously seek out and pursue professional development opportunities to stay updated on the latest technology solutions and sales techniques.
