Responsibilities

• Prepare and ensure availability of mis en place as required.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment whilst ensuring a product of high quality and presentation standards.
• Ensure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage.
• Ensure your area of the kitchen is cleaned to the highest standards
• Receive deliveries, unpack produce and store stock.
• General Kitchen cleaning tasks.
• Your experience and skills include:
• Passionate about cooking and customer service
• Experience in the food industry preferred.
• Completion of Food Safety/Food Handling course preferred.
• Creative and passionate about food and customer service
• Valid working rights for Australia
• must have own transport
• must be available from 2 am to 6pm (Mondays to Sundays) for the breakfast shift
• This role is base at the Qantas Lounges at the Perth Domestic and International Airport (T3&T4)
