Responsibilities

  • Deliver (remote) technical support to the field service team, coordinating with our German team to escalate, monitor, and resolve customer issues effectively.

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the technical sector, energy production systems, in-depth knowledge of diesel and/or gas engines in general and cogeneration systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch;
  • VCA and other safety/technical certificates
  • Minimum computer knowledge required: system, Word, Excel, SAP programs

For our office in Dordrecht, The Netherlands, we are looking for a: Technical Specialist - BESS (m/f) Business Unit: Sustainable (Fulltime | 40 hours) The Technical Specialist is the practical point of contact for customers for preventive and corrective maintenance specifically for our Sustainable Business Unit (BESS and Microgrid Business). You solve issues of assigned tickets by coordinating the required knowledge and resources to find the best solution and communicates with all levels of support to find the required knowledge and skills in the team . You will report to the Head of Service.
