Manage 1-2 team members within the cluster Review and management of the Tax returns and supporting Work papers as per US Tax Law Compliances for: Form 1065, Schedules K-1,K-2,K-3 State and Local Tax compliances International filling compliances Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts effectively Function as technical SME to ensure quality and timeliness of all deliverables of the team Be the first escalation point for Staff and Senior on technical matters/queries Understand and manage firm risk on engagement and proposals Coordinate staff scheduling, deliver comprehensive training, and support employee development. Assist the Senior Managers and Managers in client delivery and team management Assess performance of staff for engagement evaluations Participate in diverse hiring and talent acquisition efforts. Volunteer for our firm's technology initiatives.
