Your role As a Technical Expert Workplace Solutions, you are a key specialist in modern workplace technologies with a strong focus on Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365. You help shape, build and improve workplace services and solutions for our customers, combining technical depth with a broader service and business perspective. You are precise, punctual and structured in the way you work, while also being able to step back and assess the bigger picture, the service impact and the long-term customer value. You understand that you should lead by example. In this role, you work closely with customers, consultants and internal stakeholders to deliver robust workplace solutions and continuously improve existing services. You listen actively to customer feedback, translate that feedback into concrete improvements and integrate those insights back into the solution design, roadmap and operational approach. Customers see you as a trusted expert who combines technical credibility with a strong customer-oriented attitude. You bring hands-on experience in building IT solutions and have an interest in Digital Employee Experience tooling, preferably you have experience with ControlUp. You understand how DEX insights can be used to improve service quality, detect friction, drive remediation and support a more proactive workplace operations model. You have also explored AI capabilities for the workplace beyond standard Copilot scenarios (e.g. as part of DEX workflow and interactions) and are motivated to apply emerging capabilities where they create real value for users, IT operations and service quality. You are also willing to take ownership in driving and promoting DEX solutions in the Belgian market. As an advocate for modern workplace innovation, you help position our capabilities, share expertise internally and externally, and contribute to the growth of our services. At the same time, you remain eager to learn, develop yourself further and grow together with the team and our customers. A few of your tasks: Design, implement and optimize workplace solutions based on Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365. Support the evolution of our workplace services by combining technical expertise with a strong service-oriented mindset. Translate customer needs and feedback into concrete technical and service improvements. Contribute to solution standardization, automation and operational excellence across customer environments. Use DEX insights to identify friction, improve user experience and help move from reactive support to proactive service delivery. Work with DEX tooling, preferably ControlUp, to increase visibility, monitoring and continuous improvement of workplace services. Explore and apply AI capabilities for the workplace beyond standard Copilot scenarios where they add practical value. Advocate modern workplace and DEX solutions internally, with customers and in the Belgian market. Collaborate with architects, consultants, service delivery stakeholders and customers to build sustainable end-to-end solutions. Keep learning and actively contribute to the growth and maturity of our workplace offering.
