About the role
We're looking for part-time Career Coaches to support students through live workshops and optional 1:1 coaching. This is not a traditional employment role and not a guaranteed-income position. Responsibilities
- Host a live, one-hour workshop, on a monthly basis
- Answer student questions related to the field and job search
- Share real-world insight into what entry-level roles actually look like
- Provide optional 1:1 coaching to students who request it
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in the field
- Interest in mentoring and helping career changers
- Strong communication and teaching ability
- Availability at least three evening per week , ideally Tuesday-Thursday
- Self-starter mindset - comfortable running your own workshops
