Respiratory Therapist, $30K Incentive Package

Responsibilities

• Work independently while collaborating across departments to improve patient outcomes
• Assess cardiopulmonary status and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized respiratory care plans
• Provide education and support to patients and families in outpatient settings
• What You'll Receive:
• $15K sign-on bonus for candidates with 2yr+ experience
• $15K in relocation assistance for eligible candidates
• New Starting rate of $33.78/hr + more for experience

Requirements

• Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) - National Board for Respiratory Care
• Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) - State of Wisconsin
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - within 2 years of hire
• Current Infant-Adult BLS for Healthcare Providers
