About the role

You build and run the Founders Office as a trusted partner to the founders, taking full ownership of company-wide projects You take ownership not just of projects, but of how the company runs: cross-functional initiatives, founder priorities, and the connective tissue between teams You're as comfortable designing a process as you are personally executing it, scaling your own role out of existence as the company grows You bring either 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced start-up / scale-up environment, consulting, investment banking or VC, and/or at least 2 years of experience founding and running your own company You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with a proactive, hands-on mindset You communicate fluently in both English and German, written and verbal, and can convey complex ideas concisely to different audiences You thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and are a self-starter with a high sense of ownership, strong work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently You are passionate about contributing to our goal of energy-efficient buildings and a sustainable future Join one of Europe's fastest growing climate companies, fresh off a €17.5M Series A!
