Responsibilities
- Support daily operations and help maintain efficient workflows across all departments

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of operations, administration, or project management experience, preferably in a nonprofit
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail
- Comfortable learning new software and digital tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce, WordPress, MailChimp, or similar platforms
- Experience in a mission-driven or Jewish nonprofit organization
- Experience supporting cross-departmental teams
- Master's degree in management or business (MBA, MPP, etc.)
