Accounts Executive

Responsibilities

• Assisting Accounts Manager to prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly and yearly financial and management reports within established deadlines to support business decision-making
• Manage accounts payable processes by verifying, processing invoices, delivery orders and payments to ensure timely and authorized disbursements
• Oversee general ledger, petty cash reimbursement and fixed asset management to maintain accurate financial records
• Collaborate with various departments to identify and resolve issues related to monthly account closing, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Assist in reviewing and improving internal control procedures to enhance operational effectiveness and compliance
• Perform additional accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned to support business needs
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience handling full set of accounts
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively across departments
• Proficient computer skills to manage accounting software and reporting tools
