We're seeking a Warehouse Assistant with a positive attitude, reliability and efficiency to join our growing team! Be part of this exciting journey and play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Job Descriptions: Warehouse Operations: Execute daily warehouse functions, including receiving, inspecting, and storing inventory, and preparing goods for efficient delivery. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment, ensuring accurate stock records are kept. Delivery: Manage the timely delivery of goods to outlets within specified timeframes, ensuring proper documentation and acknowledgment upon receipt. This includes loading, unloading, and maintaining delivery vehicle in good condition. Logistics: Support logistics functions such as collection of invoices and sales from outlets to HQ, money changing, and other materials as required by outlets. Vehicle Maintenance: Operate and maintain the delivery vehicle in good, roadworthy condition, adhering to all safety protocols and traffic regulations. Compliance & Professionalism: Execute all duties related to the role with due diligence, ownership, high ethical standards, and integrity. Strictly adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. Operational Support: Assisting in other ad hoc duties as required by Company Kopifellas® provides quality-made traditional Nanyang coffee and local dishes with a modern approach. Under its wing, its brand portfolio includes Kopifellas, Noodlefellas, and Fellascube, all sharing the same passion for preserving and promoting Singapore's food heritage and offering it to the world. Its modern coffee shop concept has been well-received and the company has since expanded with several stores islandwide, including an overseas outlet in New York City.

Requirements

• Valid class 3 Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Prior experience relevant to this role
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Able to use computer and good command in English & Mandarin
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently & interpersonal skills
• Energetic and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Available to start immediately or short notice period
