About the role

Scope of Services The Services required are set out as follows: 1. Student Engagement & Development Design and deliver structured programmes to equip identified students with skills to regulate emotions and behaviour Provide individual and small-group mentoring sessions Build trusting relationships with students to support personal growth 2. Behaviour & Emotional Support Identify triggers and develop appropriate intervention strategies Reinforce positive behaviour through coaching and modelling Support students in applying strategies in classroom and school settings 3. Collaboration with School Staff Work closely with teachers, Year Heads, Student Management Key Personnel and school leaders to align the support plans for students Provide feedback on student progress and behavioural trends Contribute to case discussions when required 4. Monitoring & Reporting Track student progress in discussion with teachers, Year Heads, Student Management Key Personnel using agreed indicators Provide periodic updates on outcomes and recommendations Maintain proper documentation of interventions and sessions Skill & Experience of the Contractor's Personnel The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience: Relevant qualifications in counselling, psychology, education, social work or case work Experience working with primary school students, especially in the areas of student well-being, pastoral care or behavioural support programmes Strong interpersonal, communication and mentoring skills
