Your Role In your daily job you will: Manage supplier quality performance and ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards. Lead supplier audits, process assessments, and qualification activities. Drive corrective and preventive actions for supplier quality issues using structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5Why, etc.). Monitor supplier quality KPIs, including PPM, defect rates, and on-time corrective action closure. Support new product launches through APQP, PPAP, and supplier readiness activities. Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive continuous quality improvement and risk reduction. Your Background Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or Quality Engineering. Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and IATF 16949 requirements. Strong problem-solving, auditing, and supplier management skills. Automotive industry experience preferred. Proficiency in English communication preferred. Why join us? You can grow at Aptiv.
