The Senior Business Development Associate is responsible for bringing in new project opportunities; building and maintaining industry relationships with architecture/design firms, landlord and tenant rep brokers, project management firms, building managers and direct clients/end users. This role has a working knowledge of the market and players in their region as well as on the various markets and industries in which Clune operates. They will work closely with the company project teams, management and marketing departments to assist in securing work with the ultimate goal of reaching company annual profit targets. Essential Functions: - Understanding of the office-specific market, Clune business practices and what the commercial construction industry does and actively participate in an industry leads sharing group. - Responsible for Client Relationship Management and New Business Development. - Participate and have active involvement in industry-related professional organizations and charity committees and attend industry events, conferences and networking events. - Provide Internal Company Support to BD Department, Team Leaders, Superintendents, Project Managers and all management as it is related to the company's existing/new business development, operational functions and revenue goals. - Collaborate with the Marketing Department including but not limited to: assistance with the creation of collateral, presentations, proposals, reports and other marketing materials as needed. Supervisory Responsibilities: - Provide guidance and mentorship to Business Development Associate to enhance their knowledge and networking.
