[What the role is] The 3P Network Division (3PND) develops and integrates NEA's educational and publicity initiatives and programmes for the 3P (People, Public and Private) sectors. The Marketing Communications Department in 3PND conceptualises and implements integrated marketing communications campaigns such as the National Dengue Prevention Campaign and Say YES to Waste Less Campaign. As the Executive Manager/Manager of Marketing Communications, you will play a crucial role in NEA's mission by leading integrated marketing campaigns and publicity initiatives that inspire environmental ownership and action across the 3P sectors. This position requires collaboration with diverse stakeholders to drive impactful environmental messaging and behavioural change. [What you will be working on] Lead cross-functional teams comprising various internal stakeholders in developing and implementing nationwide integrated campaigns and marketing communication initiatives for NEA's key policies and programmes. Drive data-informed marketing strategies through surveys, research, and analytics to enhance campaign effectiveness. Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement. Oversee the output and optimise performance of creative, media, and social media agencies to ensure timely execution and effective outcomes, including production of through-the-line marketing materials and digital content, where applicable. Front campaign-related approvals and key presentations to secure stakeholder buy-in for campaign plans. Manage marketing budgets and payments, ensuring accurate tracking and timely invoicing. Perform procurement duties in compliance with public sector procurement policies and processes. [What we are looking for] The job might be for you if you possess the following qualities: Background in mass communications, marketing or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing and executing integrated marketing campaigns. Proven track record in developing successful, data-driven marketing strategies. Excellent writing, interpersonal and communication skills. Strong project management abilities, adept at juggling multiple projects. Analytical mindset with a keen eye for design and creative execution. Collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional environments. Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management skills. Passion for environmental issues and sustainability is a plus. Experience in digital marketing will be advantageous.
