As part of the Commerce Platform team, the Associate Manager will have the opportunity to help define, test and scale Commerce Platform's next biggest bets. As an Associate Manager on our Commerce Platform Growth Strategy & Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving our growth and success. As a direct owner of this segment, you will help us to build and execute on our growth strategy across some of the largest and most strategic clients. This includes helping find product market fit, building strategic go to market strategies, partnering cross-functionally to launch solutions, and directly working with our enterprise merchants to scale partnerships and test outcomes. We dream big and bring the newest products to market. On a typical day, you may work with team members to design experiments that improve quality and operations, test the best new marketing strategies, address issues that enable our and our merchants' processes run efficiently, or dive into data to explain performance at the lowest level of detail and make sure we never stop growing. The ideal candidate for this role should be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to take ownership and create plans from scratch, and drive execution while obtaining cross-functional buy-in to achieve DoorDash Commerce Platform''s strategic goals. You will report into a Senior Manager in our Commerce Platform Restaurants team in our Platform Products organization. You're Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will ... Build and own the business - Drive growth and adoption of some of our top priority projects Business development - Develop and foster deep relationships with top priority merchant partners to iterate and grow the business. Key Merchant point of contact within the Strategy & Ops teamGo-to-market strategy - Build a strong understanding of product market fit, value proposition, pricing, and the competitive landscape, and help the team develop a go-to-market strategy based on these inputs. Grow a high-potential offering within a high-growth business. Improve the product - Guide operational improvements for our merchant partners by understanding their needs and working with internal partners to design solutions throughout the product experience. Steer the Commerce Platform product roadmap informed by quantitative analysis and qualitative merchant feedback Leadership - Lead cross functional workstreams across Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, Support, Sales and Account Management teams to drive growth and scale. Experiment - Evaluate and test various revenue, cost and quality drivers. We're Excited About You Because...
