Job Summary Receive and process customer orders, inquiries, and/or complaints covering items or products ordered. You will oversee the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, ensuring accurate order processing, on-time delivery, and proactive follow-up. This role is based on-site in Brabrand with an option to work max. 2 days per week from home. Where You'll Make a Difference Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes for domestic and export customer orders Receive, process, and monitor customer orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution Act as a key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution Coordinate and manage customer complaints, ensuring timely investigation and resolution in collaboration with internal stakeholders Proactively follow up on order fulfilment status, identifying and resolving potential delays Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, and Finance teams to ensure seamless operations Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers and internal sales teams Apply product, process, and customer knowledge to provide tailored support and solutions Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practice sharing Ensure compliance with internal policies, export regulations, and customer-specific requirements What Makes You the Right Fit Experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain operations (B2B environment preferred) Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, including order entry, fulfilment, and invoicing Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage customer relationships professionally and effectively High level of attention to detail and accuracy in transactional work Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues proactively Ability to collaborate across functions and cultures and work effectively in a matrix organization Being a teamplayer Customer-centric mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach Experience with working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) is an advantage Fluency in English and Danish; additional languages are a plus How Would You Stand Out?
