Urgent: Test Technician (Manufacturing / 12-Hour Shift) x 30

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing, analysis, and troubleshooting for product failures; collaborate with process and test engineers to improve yield.
• Assist engineers in executing all test-related tasks.
• Support and implement various product configuration setups.
• Participate actively in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and update test tracking records.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and production runs.
• Take part in ISO activities, including implementation and maintenance.

Requirements

• Nitec or higher qualification in Engineering with 1-3 years of experience in a testing environment.
• Programming or testing using Linux / MobaXterm for servers, computers, and PCB boards.
• Solid understanding of server architecture basics, testing methodologies and concepts.
• Hands-on experience with a multimeter.
• Willing to perform rotating shift work.
