Served as the primary point of contact for front-line sales teams, resolving incentive-related queries promptly and effectively. Analysed operational workflows to identify process gaps and key operational risks, supporting risk mitigation initiatives. Maintained and updated process documentation to ensure compliance with audit and governance requirements. Managed day-to-day sales incentive operations, ensuring smooth execution of incentive processes. Performed data cleansing, validation, transformation, and feature engineering to improve the quality and reliability of raw datasets. Supported User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating system enhancements and ensuring business requirements were met. Developed a comprehensive understanding of sales incentive frameworks across Wealth and Retail Banking to support accurate implementation and administration.
