- Contribute to the enhancement of our core product offerings based on insights and feedback gathered from client engagements and delivery experiences.
- Risk Management and Problem Solving:
- Proactively identify potential risks in product implementation and devise effective solutions.
- Navigate challenges to ensure successful product releases and sustained performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, client services, or other relevant roles.
- Experience managing senior client and stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in a SaaS or technology-focused environment with B2B and B2C exposure.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and multicultural environment.
- Experience in managing product localization and service integrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in both English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).
